We walked in close to closing (yes with masks) and Rafael was very kind and super helpful. Walked through the changes to my account and got two of my kids hooked up with new phones. He never seemed impatient and his mother should be proud as he was extremely polite. Great service.
My man and I just got the new s note 20 ultra 5gs switching over from boostmobile they are amazing!!!! Rafael helped us he had amazing customer service and super friendly. We were in and out. Deff recommend switching to verizon if you're not a customer with them stop in and see Rafael.

Had been using sprint for five years bill kept going up. Had a I phone problem that I got from them and they would not help in sending off for me and were rude.
