We contacted AlarmPro when we had camera issues. They helped troubleshoot the issues and my camera system was back online the same day.
I was in a pinch to get low voltage wire for an install where we had bought the incorrect wire and called AlarmPro after trying every other place in town. I was an hour away and Jessica searched her warehouse and was so pleasant and knowledgeable and John showed me exactly how to use the wire. They went ABOVE and BEYOND for someone who was not even an alarm customer. Super rare service in the Wenatchee Valley, I would recommend them to anyone.
AlarmPro installed a security system in our house and did a very professional job. Their quality of work is outstanding and I've referred family to them for their security needs. I love that I can arm/disarm, turn lights on and off, adjust the thermostat and even unlock our house through an app on my iphone. Our new system is pretty cool and I can't wait to add more features when we're ready!

We called AlarmPro when our community gate stopped working. John came out within 24 hours and he was able to fix our gate. He also took the time to reprogram the gate to communicate with our keyless entry system. John was able to diagnose the issue in one trip. Sadly, the original installation company came numerous times, left us without answers and very steep service call invoices. AlarmPro is very versatile in their trade and the company has a very knowledge crew. We were referred by a local marina that has had similar gate issues and they praised alarmpro.
