If I could give them zero stars, I would. Photos are never done on time. Don’t expect the within the hour photos to take an hour, or even 24. Quality is awful. Their black printer ink runs and leaves splotches over your pictures, in essence ruining them. If you get cards, they’re in a hurry and don’t cut them square and the white lines show. I’ve seen multiple people complain to managers while there and have myself and it does nothing. Everyone in that department really just needs to be fired. Absolutely awful, they should be embarrassed.
