My husband was very sick and the staff was very sensitive when they saw me crying. They helped me fill his pain medicine Rx. They wished me and him well. Thank you!!! The small kind gestures mean a whole lot and so glad you had his pain meds so he wouldn’t be in so much pain.
This is the worst place. Never have medications I need then they say it will be here certain day never is and don’t call and tell you otherwise. So come back for 3rd time it’s still not ready now I have to wait 30 minutes cause they didn’t fill it. I will be switching pharmacies no mater the price this is ridiculous.
The female pharmacist was so rude-I will never use this pharmacy again.
Rude. Lady didn’t even take the time to come to the counter and speak to me. She yelled from the back of the pharmacy that they did not have my medication. She also had the audacity to ask if I spoke English while I stood there in shock that she was yelling private information out. I felt embarrassed. Overall poor customer service and patient care.
So for a pharmacy they are lacking in care concern and actual medicine. How you run out of an antibiotic that everyone else in town has a ton of is beyond me. Then to boot Walgreens had to request it twice to have it transferred to them. While calling to inquire first person didn’t have a clue and put me on hold without telling me. Then the second guy just hung up on me instead of trying help. A little ridiculous and your staff needs to be retrained in what customer service actually is. Especially in the pharmacy where if people are there it isn’t because they are feeling good. You all are awful at customer service and should really be shutdown. Shame on all of you.
