I'm not sure when this has happened but lately the quality of the desserts has really gone down hill. Yesterday I got a brownie to bring home as a treat. It was no treat, dry , crumbling texture, barely any chocolate flavor. A real disappointment.

Was my first time here . Great food. Different way of eating . But change is good. And healthy too.nBut you need more of a selection of sandwiches

Unfortunately always a letdown. The food is overpriced and tastes straight out of the microwave or some kind of unnatural cooking method that leaves a weird plastic taste in your mouth. Muffins are solid. Coffee is in par with McD's so okay I suppose. For some reason everyone loves it here so ignore me.

Seems they charge the card whether or not they have the items in store that appears on your order ticket. I have even received a call with a voicemail left (which if situation was different, I’d be thrilled about the call but..) stating Panera was out of a certain bagel type which, I did NOT order as a call in web order etc. my card was still charged though and I handy even ordered that day.

Always a positive experience! They have a new self-order kiosk at the front where I placed my order. On that order I had a hot caramel latte, which I meant to order iced. I told a lady in the kitchen who appeared to be a shift leader or manger. They were busy, but didn't hesitate to remake my latte. I come in a few times a month to use their wifi, so i'm usually in here at least 1-2 hours. They are quick to wipe down tables and keep areas clean. I'm a waitress so I notice and appreciate the hard work that I see every time I come in. Will definitely keep coming back.. Thank you :-)
