Just rude when it comes to Management. Never coming again. My good friend and her husband told me that the manager Brittany, was so rude to them and overall had poor customer service. Come on guys. My good friend goes to Buoyant to heal from childhood trauma and she had to be faced with that type of personality and customer service, regardless of the situation. Come on now....Be better. You all were wrong to mistreat her. She has personal connections to half of Chesterfield's business and high dollar spenders in the area. For each their own with their experiences. But after hearing how she was treated, I'll be withdrawing from this company.

I loved this experience. The atmosphere was awesome. Brittany was so nice. I loved that we got the option to use our own meditation track. The water was perfect. Will definitely be going back.

The experience was amazing! Brea at the front was very helpful and kind. I got a little scared and hit the panic button when the lights went out but she turned them back on and i enjoyed my time! Definitely going to be coming back!

I wish I could give this place a 5 but the one time I went there was no hot water, the room was freezing and the pod was malfunctioning and I wasn't able to get the full experience I wanted. The girl at the front desk gave me a free coupon to come back I haven't yet so we will see if next time my experience is better and I can change my review. For what I did get out if it though it is a cool relaxing way to meditate and leaves your skin baby soft.

Very cute place! I'll be floating again. I think i floated at the chesterifld location but its fun.
