I’ve never seen a curbside pick up which they cannot put items into a trunk because of “Covid we cant enter vehicles”, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of curbside and placing items into an open trunk is not entering a vehicle. Not to mention getting passed around from person to person and not wanting to answer their phone. It’s better to order from menards and have it delivered less hassle and free delivery.
Been waiting for the store to bring in cable that has been sold out for weeks. Why don't they order new product?
My primary issue is cashier's. Not all of them. But several of them move so slowly that it can be 10 minutes in line before they finish ringing someone up. I've walked in and seen a line of 4 people and just left because I didn't have an hour to spend waiting in line. I do car side pickup now. Much better. Even with that I get 30 minute waits but at least I'm sitting in my car.
The customer service at this location is far above any other Lowe's I have been to. Every employee is so willing to help (one person spend thirty minutes with us looking for the perfect part in hardware). We have spend a lot of time in the appliances section and everyone has been very knowledgeable and eager to offer assistance. We also have had two deliveries and each time the delivery guys were so personable and kind. I really can't say enough good things about the staff here! Thank you.
