One of the women working 09-23-20 at 3pm spoke very disrespectfully to me in front of my children all because I didn’t know you had to pick a specific flavor for what I wanted. Even my husband was shocked by how rude she came off. Customer service wasn’t great but the ice cream was good.
Other than being closed two days a week, I love B&R!
The older lady there that was helping me was extremely rude to me and othe soldiers. I over heard her asking her coworkers if she could hit me. Because I was simply trying to shorten the line by ordering for my battle buddies while they waited aside.
Service is fast and friendly!
Very good, only busy when the privates are out and about eating. Workers are nice and fast when ordering, and the food is quite refreshing in the summers.
