Tasty food and good coffee, but they get behind on orders quickly. I went here to get a friend a breakfast sandwich and ended up waiting about 20-30 minutes before they finally caught up on orders.
Employees are slow and lacks knowledge of products being sold.
My sandwich fell apart because it was cut into chunks. Waited almost 30 mins. There's a Starbucks around the corner.
It's your usual Einstein Bagel but that's good in my eyes. Every Einstein I've patronized has been tasty. I personally like the Nova Lox bagels and have yet to be disappointed. The wife and I eat here periodically and will continue to do so in the future. Presentation could be a little better but it's fast food so expectations are low.
Extremely sad about their coffee. They add way too much sugar in it even when you ask for half the pumps it is way too sweet compared to the same thing at Starbucks. On a side note, they have good snacks.
