I frequently visit this establishment located on Fort Leonard Wood. I have notice most of the time I go in there they have had a fly problem. Flies are all over the doughnuts and all they do is just shoo them off and serve them to customers. The doughnuts are just thrown in there with no type of organization, they are not even iced correctly. I am sitting writing this review and my stomach is turning at the thought of all those flies on those doughnuts. It is unsanitary, I wonder if they laid maggots in the doughnut basket. They need something to cover the doughnuts. I will not comment on the staff because they are rude as always; as if your order is an inconvenience to them.
I love Duncan's iced coffee and their donuts are awesome
Terrible service here. If you want to go through the drive through after 12 pm, don’t waste your time!!! They will have a cone in the drive through lane. I called and asked why the drive through was closed, they said they did not have enough people to work it. But this has happened to me probably every 3/4 times I go there. Terrible customer service as well!! :)
