Walmart bakery did their good work today! This cake is awesome & a steal for $16.
Definitely not the best customer service in comparison to other bakeries. In fact they can be down right rude. In the store i have had workers look right at me and completely ignore my presence. When calling I have waited on hold for so long that i had to hang up and call back because no one came back to the phone when they placed me on hold. So when it comes to customer service i recommend to always make sure to get the persons name who is helping you upfront.nI order the same items each month. I always call ahead, give them a few days notice and let them tell me when the order will be ready to pick up. They have never had it ready for me to pick up when i get there.nOn a positive note, I have never had a wrong order or an order that didn’t taste as expected. They just have a lot to work on in the customer service areas in the department.
Andrea in the bakery has ruined my cakes on more than one occasion. She dislikes her job and it shows through her attitude. Thnx again for bombing yet another cake order Andrea. Makin memories.
