I visit Kim's every 2 weeks. Jessica is my nail technician and we have a great rapport. I will continue to go back because of the customer service. Also, she does the best eyelash extensions on this side of the Bay Bridge.

I went in there to get acrylics. I wanted a coffin shape. Then the older lady suggested a dip powder I said that was fine. She did not do a good job. The shape was off. And I found a hair in a nail. So I went Back a day later and said I wanted them off. She did then I got them repainted. Gel and a couple days later they chipped. I’m not going back there.
