I went and got a full set w/ rhinestones with a gel pedicure.. when it was time to check out my total was $150. I was like omg. I gave the young lady my card and she then whispers “ your card declined” so now you can imagine my confusion as I knew I had money on this card.she began speaking in another language and all of the workers are now all staring at me.. so now I’m embarrassed and confused. I used another card and left. I called my bank and they informed me the transaction decline because the young lady attempted to charge my card for $180..nnI called the nail salon back and spoke to someone who never once offered an apology for THEIR screw up.. all he said was “ok” Ive been coming to this salon for a year and I now think I will be going somewhere else..
After getting a full set for the first time from Nail Trix, within a week I started noticing my nails and acrylic were turning green (which I have never experienced in years of getting acrylic sets). I at first thought it was a stain until alcohol wouldn’t remove it and it started to increase in size. I went back in to Nail Trix to have them fixed and I had two employees laugh in my face and tell me that wasn’t their problem and they were unsure why I came back to them if it wasn’t their problem. They insisted to me that the green in my nails was a stain I had caused, yet even when they took the e-file to my nails the green “stain” would not come off, and continued to insist this was something I had done and laugh at me for thinking it was anything other then a stain. After being completely humiliated and laughed at in their place of business I went to another salon (Luxury Nails) to have my nails looked at. The new salon very quickly reassured me that the green was not a stain and actually fungus. So if you would like to avoid being humiliated, laughed at, and nails that cause fungus, I would avoid Nail Trix at all costs.
A little pricey but always great service. Amanda is the best!

I will keep coming here any time I need a pedicure. They were very clean and the empliyees are very polite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a good quality pedicure!
