Have been using State Farm for my auto and home's insurance for years. The ladies at the Dunkirk office are always very courteous and helpful towards my husband and I, there is a reason why we have stayed year after year.

Avoid this agents office at all costs. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 year in four different states. I have never had any issues until I moved to MD. Previously, I would have said State Farm was the best at customer service. I hope this is just a bad experience with one office.nn1) Couldn't be bothered to assist with claim with against another insurance when my parked car was hit. Found out later, that your agent could assist on your behalf.n2) Auto pay expired and couldn't be bothered to notify via phone or email - costing $800 in fines from MVA and increase in premiums, because of establishing a new policy.
