Devon Holbrook was amazing. He sold me a new phone but then spent an hour teaching me how to navigate the system. He was very patient in his instructions on the phones use and answered all of my questions. He should be running a store so that his associates can learn his approaches with the customer.

This Is my nearest local Verizon store, and the guys in the store are very attentive, informative, thorough, and friendly. Josh is particularly lively and upbeat as he helps customers and causes a few laughs along the process making it enjoyable. He helped me and my wife and our friend in an amazing way. These guys are definitely go getters and have my full support.
Amazing customer service... I had to change two phones and it was pretty complicated. Melton was fast and knew how to do everything that usually seems impossible or takes forever in other stores. My new Verizon store forever!!!
