Reps at this location are "misquoting" plan prices. I signed up for a plan that ended up being $100/month more than I was quoted. Went in for resolution and there was nothing they could do. I'm now stuck in a plan that I didn't want.
The rep I talked to when I went in was professional and nice despite my frustration with the situation.
No resolution available and I feel scammed.
EDIT:
In response to the owner, I would appreciate more help on fixing a highly inflated plan price that I am stuck with now. That would help a lot more than lip service about reviewing training.

Hi I came in and John the sales associate was helping me and another lady out at the same time! He was super friendly and knowledgeable! Again thanks John for all your help! I’m definitely going to recommend all my friends and family to your store!!!
Every time we come to this location there is no one there. I called ahead to ask what time they closed, showed up about 15 mins later and they are “closed” for 45 min lunch break. They need to hire more than one person.
