I went into this location on September 10th to change my phone and the associate Jacob helped me. Getting the issue resolved took up a lot of time but Jacob was very professional, kind and patient. He was great at listening to my needs and explaining what needed to be done to fix my issue. He resolved any problems I had and the encounter was enjoyable and personable. I was very impressed with this employee and wish for his continued success in the future.

So Jacob Resare has been my recent go to guy for phones...I have been with T-Mobile for somewhere around 20 yrs. A few months ago I was considering another carrier, but, a last ditch effort to resolve some issues I went to the Woods Cross location and because of this young man, who was a brand new employee, I am still with T-Mobile. My latest issue, which unfortunately are never a common ones, Jacob took his time, played the middle man and went out of his way to help resolve it. I was able to up grade phones for my family after a 3 week ordeal. Once again, because of his customer service I am still a T-Mobile customer!

I never NEVER leave reviews but I was feelin kinda in the dumps and decided to stop by and check out a phone I really wanted. I was approached by Jacob/jake and was expecting him to try and sell me the product, which I wasn't in the mood for, but he took an interest in me and showed me all the cool features of the phone. THEN saw my wedding ring and asked if I was married. I then showed him a picture of my wife and child and we had this awesome, genuin talk. This dude needs a raise and needs to be recognized for his people skills. Lifted my moods and left happier than when I walked in. Hats off to jake, he's the man.
