Completely destroyed my friends hair and she had to go back twice, and now they won’t refund her the money back. Her hair ended up blue after two tries and she ended up just completely going somewhere else.
Great hair for great prices. The staff have all been very friendly. This is my spot!
I will deffantly not be going here after seeing what they did to this one girls hair like it looked awful completely destroyed and fried it!!! Then they didn't even want to refund her wish there was a place on here to upload pics everyone should see how they actully do hair here just down right messed up do not spend your money here unless you want your hair fried and ruined js
Ok y’all... Normally I don’t do this kind of thing. I don’t ever leave reviews. I don’t ever complain but this unacceptable !! I’m a hair dresser myself and I understand how shi*** it is to ask for a refund. But I just went in monday and they turned my hair blue, fried my hair, and gave me a pretty bad hair cut. The lady still charged me and told me to come back tmr and she would Fix it. So here it is Tuesday, I go in and she “fixes” it’s it turns green and the hair cut only got worse. I then went to a different salon and got it fixed.......5 inches off my hair later. I asked the salon for a refund and she said she has to charge for supplies. I believe tht it isn’t my fault and that I shouldn’t have to pay anything bc of the shape my hair is now and the unprofessional of this place. I just wanted to share my experience with this salon and i really hope nobody else has to go through this
