I have been getting my services done since day 1 of Nails with a Twist Spa has opened. I can definitely say the owner has always been polite, professional and meets your needs! She has done my nails many times before establishing her own nail shop and not once have I encountered any problems with her work. Her assistant is also very polite and I especially appreciate her accuracy with appointments and reminders that are sent out to customers! As I enter the door I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the both of them! The shop is always clean, comfortable and never over crowded. I enjoy not having to wait and for any reason if she is running off schedule I like the fact that either Becky or her assistant will contact you to let you know and make further arrangements to accommodate you, so your not just waiting around beyond schedule time.

When l walked in l was welcomed with a smile. The place is decorated beautifully and very clean. It was my first experience in a black owned nail salon and I’ll never give my business anywhere else. Rebecca is such an amazing nail tech and most importantly she takes her time and gives her clients her full attention. Well worth the cost and some make sure to tip your tech!

I truly recommend nails with a Twist Spa to any and everyone. I went in for a full set, but the treatment i got Was far beyond anything I expected. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, attentive, creative, and also went above and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied with my experience. I have been to several salons but not one as professional and down to earth as this one. It was a last-minute decision get my nails done I asked around and nails with a Twist came highly recommended. I drove all the way from Houston Texas to get my nails done and trust me I will be back.

She is the sweetest and she doesn’t rush you at all! Makes you feel like your the only client for the day her work is amazing and it’s well worth it! You definitely won’t be disappointed give her a try you guys!

My experience here was ok, don't get me wrong the shop is very cute and very nice and the nail tech seemed sweet and nice but I find that she's a bit rude to the helpers and speaks very rough to the helpers aside from the fact that there's a kid in there at a time like this ! She does fairly good work from my perspective, my nails actually came out really nice as of color and design-wise she does really good beside the fact one of them popped completely Off 2 Days Later, which I decide to go fix elsewhere because not only was she behind on my appointment time, she kept stopping to do all kind of other things in the process after waiting for 30 minutes from my set appointment, other than that it was a pleasant experience because it's very clean and comfortable if you don't mind being set behind on time and carrying cash because there's no other form of payment
