I love them so much more than home depot. Thier staff is friendly and willing to help the customer. And they are easier to find. They price match so I don't have to drive all over Lafayette to get what I need. And their product selection is unbeatable.
We went to Lowe’s in Opelousas Louisiana. What a joke it is in that store. We called at least 3x for bathroom. No one showed up to help us. There was a young lady ahead of us that buzzed them to. We were in the same spot for 30/40 minutes. Finally we left.
Gotta Love Lowes! I find they are helpful at this location. Without much wait for assistance as well. Variety of items at wide range of reasonable prices. Great exchange/return registers/policy.
If you want to lose your temper, call customer service. This store employs people who want a check, and not helping customers. I blame the manager for lack of hiring good people who want to make this a good store.
There are hardly ever any charged carts for the handicapped and all the shopping cart were all in the parking lot and when you ask about a basket the employees tell you to go get your own and when you say you calling home office they tell you go head it doesn't affect my job. Just pitiful!
