Tisha and Jason were THE BEST!! We walked in and were greeted with a friendly, “Hello, How we can we help you?” From the moment we walked in until we were driving away, everyone and as helpful, friendly, and willing to do what they could for us. Their selection was plentiful and varied and their prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. My husband was able to walk in and walk out with what he wanted for Christmas in less than 30 minutes. Thank You Tisha and Jason and the whole crew at Browns! Bought two chairs in February. One of them broke right away. Spoke to the Store Reps and sent in numerous emails about issue. They keep saying parts are ordered. Here we are in Mid April and still no parts. Store Sales manager and Owner gave me same sad story about parts not in. Terrible customer service and Will Not Be Back To This Store Ever. Rude people to deal with.

We bought a bedroom set from them in February 2020 and while picking up dresser to move it the leg broke off in July 2020. We were upset because this is new furniture. Well we called them and told them about it then sent pics and they said the manufacturer would not fix it because it was pretty much our fault. My problem is they didn’t care because they already had our money. STAY AWAY from this place they do not care about the customer!!!!

Purchased an item I was not satisfied with and they have a no return policy unless product has a defect, which I was not made aware of. That tells me that customer satisfaction is not important to them..Wish I would have known that before purchasing. If you go to website and lookup return policy it tells you you have to contact them. Most places give you a few days to return an item, especially if you are not satisfied with the product. Lesson learned..never buy from Brown's Furniture again.. and do my research before I purchase anything anywhere.
