Victor is a total stud! I don’t even have AT&T but I was having SIM card issues and this was the only cell store I could find. He didn’t even hesitate to help me out and gave me a free SIM card key to reset my card until the iPhone 12 mini comes out - the SECOND I don’t have a free work phone I’ll be making the switch over to AT&T solely because of his kindness. Keep hiring Victors!
I’m so happy I came to this specific store location. Jordan made my day! Her customer service is excellent. She’s wonderful and really knows the company’s policies. I will definitely come back here.
Went in to switch from sprint to at&t. Decided to go for the s20 galaxy phones because they were 500 dollars off each. Long story short, on all 3 phones that were purchased the 500 dollar discounts were never given. We would have never picked these phones if it was not for the discount! At&t has been saying for over 5 months that they would refund it. Ray has made this experience especially horrific. He just dodges the questions and says he is sorry. He promised 2 follow up phone calls and never even called. We have been in the store over 12 times and no progress has been made. 1500 dollars down the drain! Will tell everyone to run from this establishment and the terrible management run by Ray.
