Following Hurricane Laura, I was so grateful to find storage for what I could salvage from my home in Lake Charles. I couldn’t have hoped for better customer service than what I received from James! His personal care and compassion made driving to Scott worth every mile just to know that someone was willing to make a terrible situation easier. I increased the size of my unit, paid online, showed up late, and had a welcome package waiting with a lock! I am so thankful that after Delta hit us ( again) My belongings are still safe and dry on W.Willow in Scott, La at Life Storage
