Unprofessional business, with all disrespect! I went to this location to exchange, and the Manager manipulated my totals to where my refund was less than what it should be- and then actually CHARGED me for the initial refund instead of refunding me—mistakes happen, so i called several times, got No answer. Left a mssg w/Assistant manager for a call back with the Managaer & still did not hear back. I went up there & spent an hour trying to prove that i was charged instead of refunded, including sending my bank statements! The manager swore I was not charged and he could not do anything, when the entire time he had the proof it actually went thru as a charge. After he found HIS copy of the store receipt stating i was indeed charged, he “refunded me” which i still did NOT get. Called, got no answer. Went back to the store & finally the assistant manager refunded me properly. I purchased in FULL, & still dealt w/the overcharge/refund situation 3 times within a span of 3 weeks! Im not satisfied. Im the EASIEST, nicest & most understanding customer to come across, but this entire situation was avoidable and very unprofessional.
