I think I might have been scammed.nnThe showroom was awesome — best in Lafayette. That and the prices were the reason I chose this place.nnHowever, not one interaction with them was positive after that. The main issues were:nn- almost zero communicationn- incredibly unprofessional and argumentativen- had to redo the work twicen- left my place an absolute messnnAfter reading all the reviews here I feel like I was scammed some how because I don’t think the people I was dealing with actually worked for Grand Kitchen & Bath.nnI used to be a contractor and I can not believe these people are still in business based on the service I received.
We are in the process of remodeling a Mid Century house (Circa 1961). We went to a few Granite/Quartz places in town.nnWe chose Grand Kitchen and Bath for several reasons.n1. Their showroomn2. Their selectionn3. Their customer service/professionalismn4. Their prices were better.n5. They excelled at overcoming problems and challenges with our home.n6. Provided a quality product in a timely manner.nnThanks to Sean for getting all of this before Christmas.nnHighly recommend
Wow! Grand Kitchen and Bath provided us with excellent service, amazing quality of workmanship, and much better prices than big box stores. The guys finished ahead of schedule and the outcome was stunning. I cannot recommend GKandB highly enough. They exceeded all of my expectations.
They did amazing work! It didn’t take them long to fix up our old wooden countertops to beautiful and excellent granite. We’re so happy to have gone with Grand. They were the BEST price around town with the BEST quality of service. Thank you!
