The Home Depot

This location for me has always been clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and will even go above and beyond to not just tell me what aisle I'm looking for but to even walk me over there and help me find the specific place on the shelf. today I went to do a return of some lumber that I didn't end up needing and they helped me unload it out of my car and bring it inside and the return was easy. I didn't have my receipt but they were able to use my debit card to pull up the receipt which I thought was a great feature. It's a super convenient location and I'll definitely be back for more projects in the future.

Their staff is hard to find when you need something plus they don't know the products which is huge deal when working with these places. The employee in the lumber section didn't even have a tape measure. Then the lady in flooring was not only helpful but told me to order my stuff online after she tried to charge me 50.00. They need to revamp and train employees better.

Very bad experience with the Home Depot, worked here for several months and came to work every day. Was forced into a position that went against my availability by a supervisor that had been trying to remove me from his team since my second or third week on the job. Over the next several months I was constantly told I was not meeting unwritten expectations by upper management while doing my job every day. I was always assigned freight that required me to walk on average 4 miles a day while the rest of the crew was allowed to choose their departments or assignments. When asked if I could work where I was comfortable I was given another lecture on the unwritten Home Depot expectations. There were no job aids listed anywhere in the store where I could find these expectations and compare my performance to them. I would be consistently blamed for bringing down the team despite working my side of the line alone more than usually while the other side had at least 2 people on ample occasion. Several employees were harassed until they quit by the supervisor. Most employees used earpieces while they worked or cruised through the store with a Bluetooth speaker. I was constantly told that my ear pieces hindered my performance but had never witnessed anyone else receive the same warning. Overall very unprofessional management and very poor communication. Do not recommend working here, you’d have better luck working for Lowe’s.

I really rather Lowes better prices and selection, products are more organized and easier to find and always someone wanting to help

My only problem is with the homeless people hanging around the parking lot asking for money. Ya'll need better security on the outside parking lot. They can cause a big problem for your store.
