Great all around experience! From the moment I walked in the effort and friendliness of the staff was apparent. Including the hostess, waiter/bartender (yes. she was both. AND excelled at both), and the GM that I was able to speak to before leaving. Great atmosphere! Great food! Affordable! I could go on, but I'm getting hungry and I live about 30 minutes away. LOL.
I have loved kok, everything about it but until recently I had always had good service. I was there a few weeks ago, not only were the girls really rude but they had my order sitting up there and never called me. I ate cold food and then my account was overcharged by four dollars from the amount that was on the bill. Despite me bringing it up to their attention they did nothing or rather even said anything about my experience there.
Stopped by for the first time after a UL game last night. Food was awesome but what really made the stop was the Manager ,Joe. Joe was very friendly talked with us for about 15 minutes, very professional you could tell he enjoys his job. KOK, give this man a raise or promote him to GM because I can guarantee you are not going to find a more dedicated partner, or worker than this man. WAY TO GO JOE!!!
