I hired EP to install automatic lights and a new thermostat in my house and they did not disappoint! The salesman Stephen answered all of my questions and was very polite and easy to work with! The company did their job quickly and professionally and I couldn’t be more satisfied! I will definitely be back for more home improvements!
They offer the latest in home audio, video, networking, and security. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I live over 80 miles and I called the 2 local companies to handle my home and neither called me back. I called them twice. All it took was one phone call to EP and they sent someone out the next day. It took over a year and a half for my remodel from the time they prewired it to install and while working with them it began to make sense to break the job up in phases and they were quick to work with me on breaking it up and timing of payments. I highly recommend.
Electronics Professionals is the best company in Lafayette for home entertainment and automation projects, in my opinion. Jimmy and his crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Outstanding customer service and top-notch work. They did my patio and media room, and I couldn't be happier.
We had a fairly small outdoor entertainment project, nevertheless, Jimmy and his crew at Electronics Professionals treated us as if we had a 6 figure project. I could not recommend them enough for any home entertainment needs in Lafayette. Thanks again!
