I purchased my home in May 2020. Working as a nurse during the pandemic, my schedule at work was week to week. It seems like the local technician would always be booked up by the time I knew my availability. However, their team sent someone to my home way from Lafayette to accommodate me when I live at least 3 hours away from there. They called before the technician left his location to keep me informed he was on his way and everything. They really went above and beyond! I was all set up before the summer really began. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed everything timely. I couldn’t ask for better. Not to mention, their services are still reliable until this day. I love having my security system at my fingertips even when I’m away from home. I really feel my home is secured with EPS. I’m only a year in but I’m highly satisfied and will 100% recommend!

The office staff as well as the technicians have been very responsive and were able to answer all of my questions during installation and after. I like that I had a variety of services to chose from, but did not feel pressured at all like I have felt with some of the other companies. Highly recommended!

We've been having Electronic Protection Systems now for 7 months. Before signing up Ty Landry came over to our home, I told him everything I wanted our a security system package. He was always very friendly, explained everything in detail and responsive. The guys came out to set everything up they were also nice & explained everything. I love our system and the peace of mind it gives me knowing my house is protected.

Great system with great features! Set up was easy and the guy made sure we understood everything before he left. We added cameras and the quality is great. We truly have a peace of mind and feel safe.
