Metro by T-Mobile

Typically, the customer service at Metro by T-Mobile is service is so bad, it's as if they are trying hard to drive away customers. However, the young man who assisted us here today was a bright spot on an otherwise disappointing list of experiences. But now that other companies offer low cost cellular service with twice the data, there's no reason to be insulted by this company any longer.

I've visited a couple times to check out the 100 gig hotspot they offer. Doesn't seem to actually be a good deal after reading the fine print. Anyhow, the employees seem to fall under one of two categories. The first, absolutely clueless about everything regarding cellular service. The second category of rude, short, patronizing to everyone that steps foot inside the door. Do yourself a favor, go to Cupid's Daquari instead, or at least first.

I feel so bad for the poor girl who was helping me try to but a phone there. She had literally about 11 phones in stock and they were all the low end phones. I was one of at least 8 people who just walked in and right back out. The owner doesn't invest much effort into this.

When you call these people to ask a simple question the lady that works there always has an attitude with you and doesn't try to help at all. If you don't like the job you have then maybe find a different one.
