The knowledgeable, friendly staff solved my issue in under an hour. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their rates were. Will definitely be going back for any future computer service needs!
Brought in a Dell laptop. Was told it needed a new battery. Battery replaced and computer taken home several days later. Worked fine until a large demand is placed on the computer like video editing then the computer displays an error code and if unplugged will turn off. Googled the problem, solution was to reset the battery. Once done laptop works 100% prefect until the same video demand is placed on the system.nReturned to Doghouse and was told I had the wrong battery and needed to purchase a new battery.nThey would not honor or stand behind their work.nI have another example of having to go behind them after having a computer repaired.nI cannot in good faith recommend them as a professional repair center.nThey are not even good part changers.
