I had only ever bought violins and accessories online so I was really nervous and anxious about going to a shop to purchase an advanced violin. Anya gave me a fair price for my trade in and was SO kind and helpful and patient with me while I tried out violins. The violin selection was large for such a small/cute shop and she was very knowledgeable about the history of each one. Anya made my first serious violin shopping experience not just easy but actually really enjoyable. I will absolutely go to her for future repairs and purchases!

From the beginning string student to the professional, Sola Violins is the place in Southwest Louisiana to go! The string selection is second to none, as well as the selection of violins hanging on the walls. Sola, mais yeah, cher!
Chris was very thorough in checking my violin. And shared a lot of knowledge about violin repair. Also got to try a couple well set up antique violins.
