I'm always impressed by how clean and organized this store is. It's also a pleasant shopping experience because of very low noise level and soft music playing. Their apparel inventory is not my style, but I love their selection of home goods items. A cool service they offer now is free Amazon return drop-off! I used this service and it was quick and super easy! What a genius idea!

The test Amazon return drop-off TOTALLY SUCKED! I will never drop off Amazon returns here again. PLUS, it's in the back of the store! UPS is so much easier!

The sales are amazing, also is easy to return things, and just in case you didn’t know you can return your Amazon purchase items at this store and when you do they give you a 25% to use at you the store :)

Customer service at its finest! Long check out lines, but customer service people playing on their phones and would not check you unless you open a credit card! Wow , extremely disappointing! Merry Christmas Kohl’s
