Easy returns friendly staff fast check out clean store

The store only had 3 employees. The bathroom was filthy with no tissue no functioning soap dispencer and in a unoccupied, isolated distant part of the building. The sales person was harrasing about and insisted on me applying for store credit card asked me four times and told me I could get the discount even if I wasn't approved, after I explained to her I didn't want the hit on my credit.

This used to be my go to place for Christmas shopping. Not this year, most racks and fixtures nearly empty. No impulse buy products lining the aisles. Very disappointing. Also did not see one associate while there. How are you going to sell jewelry if no one is there to open display cases.

They had 1 cash register open in the men's department. That is ridiculous on a Thursday before a holiday.
