The worst possible place to online shop.nnI ordered 10 pairs of shoes from them for my bridesmaids. I only received 5 and all of them said delivered. When I got in touch with them I was basically told I was lying and they needed to investigate it. Finally, after convincing him I never received them, Instead of helping me on their part by just reshipping the shoes I didn’t receive; I was refunded and had to reorder them myself. You would think with spending that much money, they would get it right or resend the shoes on their end.nnMy next purchase from NR was a pair of shoes I wanted for vacation. I paid for expedited shipping, but of course I didn’t get them on time. Why offer the service if it can be fulfilled?nnMy last purchase from NR was a really cute swimsuit for my daughter. When I opened the box- it was a pack of black men’s tshirts. How do you mix those two up?nnIt’s almost like they like getting it wrong to charge you again and possibly not refund you, because they know people probably forget to go back and check.nnThey don’t care about customer satisfaction and it shows.nn100 percent done with them after I send back the T-shirts.

I have asthma and these people let me walk through the store, grab items for purchase, and when I get to the register the guy tells me I have to wear a mask to purchase the items in my basket. They may as well put a sign up saying “If you have underlying conditions that prevent you from wearing a mask you cannot shop here.”nIf safety was the concern it should be for guest as well not just employees, I should have been stopped long before making it to the register where there is a shield between the cashier and the guest. The guy was very ugly about it which is totally out of line.

Do not shop here if you are at least half way educated on the Covid-19 ( Great Scam-dimic) Actual results. Their bearded wonder of an employee gave me a mask, followed me around then asked me to leave if I didn’t wear it ( we left). After a brief exchange it is apparent that he isn’t aware of the facts about what is reality what this foolishness, but a mere sheep being used as a pawn. Additional the store was a wreck, we had to step over clothes and shoes to walk down the isles.nn1 star only a result of not being allowed not to leave any.
