My spouse and I are new to area. We’re finding that things are approached much differently here. This review is in regards to the approach more so than the quality of the furniture. The quality is about 3 stars.nnLast night, my spouse and I got off of work, loaded up our children, and drove 20 minutes to get to the store. We know what we want, therefore it wasn’t going to take us any time to see if Furniture Express Outlet carried it.nnOnline shows the store closes at 7pm. However, when a man saw us pull up at 630pm, he shut off the open sign and the front lights.nnWe were taken back. We perceived it as extremely rude and as if there was no desire to accommodate a customer. There was ample time for us to find (or not) the item that fit our needs.nnWe’ve shopped Furniture Express on 70th multiple times and this one once. We may stop shopping at either location.

Because I am unable to respond to the response on the previous review.nnIt’s interesting that you made note of the time is being correct on Google, because they were not updated yesterday. I wonder if there’s anyway we can find out when they were updated last.nnYesterday your closing hours read 7 PM and that is why we drove all the way across town to come there.nnAnother interesting thing that you noted was that your cameras showed the lights were off at 630 PM.nnOur camera on our vehicle may not agree with that statement. AnyWho, I’m glad that your hours are now updated and corrected for your future potential customers. Have a good evening.

Ms. Nesi is so awesome. After arriving my family and I were treated with respect. Nesi helped me find my living room set in less than 10 minutes. The perfect size and color for my little apartment. I love the fact that Ms. Nesi is not out to just make a sale she really wants you to purchase what you want and need.
