Chad and Tyler are the fastest workers I have ever seen. Courteous And professionally. Recommend for any work that needs to be done.
My RV busted a leaf spring on the highway near the OTR exit. I limped through the exit ramp and parked. Called OTR, half a mile away, and they were at my RV within 10 minutes. Limped to their shop and they took care of everything including driving to Chattanooga. I was all set within a couple of hours and on my way. I don’t write reviews but Chad and his team were truly awesome, friendly and highly recommend them. Well done.
Don't take your truck here. A half day job turned into 5 days. 800 bucks later having the same issues. When the truck came back to home base, everything was held together by zip ties. Not to mention using wrong parts for the job. Had to spend another $800 to get fixed properly.
The team at OTR is top shelf and the quality of craftsmanship is uncommonly good. The codes that my truck was throwing didn’t match up with the symptoms and the repair ended up being simple and surprisingly inexpensive. Happy customer.
These are great. Very honest and dependable. Can't speak highly enough of JW and his team Awesome folks. Treat you like family.
