Our sales lady Janet is the best! She made sure we got the best deals!
The worst customer satisfaction I’ve ever seen. The delivery was extremely late like 9pm. The bedroom set was missing the night stand and who delivers a bed without the mattress and box spring. The delivery guys were nice and apologetic but that doesn’t excuse all the problems encountered and they failed in customer service on the sales end. Furniture is nice but the manager or delivery manager should have spoke with me about these issues.
