NPC on East Sterling has major issues. All they hire is a lot of people on drugs and people out on parole or probation. The plant manager needs training on how to manage his employees, screaming isnt very professional. Back when they had 2 shifts, people who were suppose to be in charge would have others clock them in while they were not there. Must be nice to get paid to not be at work.nSome would even use this place as a dating service and hotel. There was no managers on second shift, so they would have sexual relations at this place . I would not EVER recommend this place to anyone. These people are nasty !
