People work there are so awesome. I been shopping there since 1985 The furniture there is so awesome wouldn't go anywhere else I put me a couch in layway. Cant wait to get it out.
Me and my wife bought our living room furniture from here about 7-8 months ago. The service is absolutely wonderful, and prices are great too. I didn't think about leaving a review for this business until today... A tornado swept through Chatsworth yesterday April 12th 2020. I had a unidentified number try to call me.. it was Bates furniture. They wanted to make sure me and my family were safe and Wondering if we needed any shelter or help cleaning up, that they were willing to do anything possible to help .. NOW THAT IS A GOOD CHRISTIAN COMPANY. God Bless.

From the moment we walked in the door until the delivery of our furniture, it was a great experience. Every person was kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They stay true to their word. We will be going to Bates for all of our future needs. Thanks for a great experience!
