Duerden's Appliance & Mattress

This place is amazing and so are the people! Ordered a mattress that didn't arrive on time and Brent went above and beyond to get me upgraded and taken care of in a timely manner. The pricing is the best I have seen compared to any other store and the best quality. I will be back here again!! 10 stars!!!

I always start at the big box stores but airways end up at Duerden's. Always more willing to work with you and they match pricing of the box stores or are less expensive than the box stores. No pressure from sales staff and they always know their stuff. Went for a dishwasher and ended up also getting a Bosh mixer.

Brent really knows appliances and is great with people. I have done a lot of business with Duerden's and they are always professional. Great prices as well.

The staff here is truly some of the best people we've dealt with when it come to appliances. We purchased all of our new appliances and bed from these company and they guided us thru the process and helped us find the perfect fit for our new home.

While looking for a new washer and dryer, I ended up at Duerdens. I decided I wanted to shop locally rather than a big box store. I went in and met with an amazing salesman who help me find what I was looking for and give me a no pressure quote. I was told that as long as the item was still in stock when I called back to make the decision, delivery could be as early as 3-4 days from then. I went home and thought about it over the weekend and called a few days later to make my purchase. I spoke with someone on a Monday who took my card information, told me the item was in stock, and set up a delivery date for the upcoming Saturday. The morning I was expecting the delivery, Saturday, I received a call from the original salesman. He apologized and said that unfortunately, another salesman had given away the washer and dryer, giving away the last in stock and informed me I would not be getting my shipment that day. He assured me that he would let me know as soon as he had a new one in stock, but that the manufacturers were running behind. All the while, I checked a few big box stores, all with the exact same make and model in stock… But I kept waiting. I checked in with him weekly asking for an update. Although I could tell he was frustrated as he also didn’t have any updates, he remained calm and professional. Unfortunately, no manager or owner from the store ever made contact or offered additional solutions. Fast forward to today, 8 WEEKS from when I was originally supposed to Receive delivery of the washer and dryer. I finally received the washer and dryer (delivery & install guys where great). The only reason I didn’t give this review and this store the lowest rating possible is because of the professionalism of the salesman. I got the feeling he was caught in the middle just as much as I was & at times I could hear the frustration in his voice (even with me as I was incredibly short with him at times) but he remained calm and professional… I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with this store as I am also shopping around for all new kitchen appliances. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Duerdens for those or anything else in the future.
