Went to get my prescription filled, and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I made sure to address the fact I would be waiting in my car. I come back inside to figure out my medicine, “will be there in 2 days.”nVery unprofessional, and do not recommend if you are in a hurry. I was also informed I didn’t need my hard copy script. That they could fax/send it to my next choice of pharmacy. After arrival to my next pharmacy of choice, I was informed that I needed a hard copy of my script. I then had to return to Walmart and get my hard copy before I could get my script filled. My medicine was also about 3x the price at Walmart. Would really recommend pretty much any other place for pricing and wait time.
Two of the female pharmacists (I can’t remember their names but I know one of them was the head pharmacist) tried to help me get a discount for my dad’s $50 medication and actually ended up getting it for FREE!! I appreciate their excellent service and compassion :)
Very fast and convenient. I highly suggest setting up and using the App. I was in and out in less than a minute. Friendly staff.
I’ve had nothing but issues with this pharmacy since day 1 they are completely disorganized and lazy!!! They close their drive thru when they feel like it bc they’re “busy” it’s takes days to get things filled and they will literally ignore your phone calls it is ridiculous. Today I finally switched back to Walgreens I’ve had ENOUGH
