I recommend Kay Riley to everyone! Had an issue with a scratch on a new floor and they were there the very next day to fix. Very honest and on time. A family business that's been around as long as they have, you know it's going to be good. Thanks!
Terrible customer service and communication. I never knew when the contracted workers were going to show, Kay Riley was completely out of the loop and unorganized, and no one takes ownership. I am constantly frustrated by their lack of communication and I would NOT recommend their services.
We have had 3 different homes and Kay Riley laid the carpet in all 3. They are wonderful to work with. They have one of the largest choices of carpet, wood flooring,
tile for kitchen or bath. And the prices are as good if not better than others carpet stores.
Love this place. The carpet installer was fantastic.
