They never showed up for the appointment set by Whirlpool. Then said they had no paper work and they do not work on the schedule from whirlpool. I spent all day waiting for this wahoo. Called whirlpool they reschedule me with a different service company and took my complaint
Bozeman has worked on my dryer on two occasions, 1st time in early 2017 thru warranty claim, and then again June 2018 by me contacting him. Very professional & personable, arrived as said, fixed the issue quickly both times, explained the issue and repair (different issues each time)... thumbs up and will absolutely call again him again if i need any repairs. Thanks.
We contacted Whirlpool for a repair on an oven. They sent a repairman from this company. The oven locked up after the cleaning cycle. The repairman stated we should not use the cleaning cycle bc it will burn up a part every time. However now he is lying to Whirlpool and telling them our oven is not installed correctly. However the oven is installed to the spec's per the owners manual. It has been three weeks and he still has not came back to fix the oven.
Showed up on a warranty call for Maytag. Changed a seal and said that should fix it in a week or so. We waited and waited it stopped what it was doing. When we called him back he said we needed to get ANOTHER claim put in b4 he would come back.. HE DIDNT FIX IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. why would i have them pay him AGAIN for nothing
