Always crowded but not in an uncomfortable way. This is my go to place for household goods. The staff is very helpful- you just need to flag one done and get them on task. Good deals. Look online , find your items and check for availability. Veteran’s discount available

I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with the paint manager Anthony. My wife and I just bought a home near this location but we bought 10 gallons of paint from Murray which is close to our current residence. The paint color was way off from the color swatch that we chose. He was polite from the start and let me know that he was going to make sure I was taking care of despite that we purchased it from another location. He was kind of enough to give me two free samples of the two colors we spoke about. I was able to get the new paint at the same price without ZERO hassle(I did have a receipt). Not only was Anthony was polite and professional but also was engaged in friendly discussions about our new home, where we came from and what not. Because of Anthony and his positive attitude, I will be doing all of my home repair shopping at the West Bountiful location. Thanks again.
