I just had terrible service at the Dunkin Donuts in Dalton. I order a Vanilla Cold Brew with sweet cold foam almost every morning. Well, this morning, they couldn’t make it. The young boy at the register said they can’t make it. Long story short, the lady (skinny & short) said that all I had to do was ask & I told her that that was what I asked for. I apologized for being rude, but I was just so appalled by their service and confused, because this is what I always order when I come here. In the end, I did not get what I wanted. I use to LOVE this location. Rude employees, terrible service. I really hope their district manager sees this.

I used to get iced coffee here twice a day several days a week. I may go twice a month now. I always order the same drink with splenda. I can't begin to guess how many times they either put sugar in it or add no sweetener at all. I would rather travel out of town than go back to this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The coffee was cold and tasted old. We are traveling and we ended up throwing the coffee away because we were unable to drink it, it was so disgusting.

Bad customer service to be ordering and be cut off 5 times, “is that all?”..”is that all?” .. “is that all?” While I’m actively ordering. It’s not like I stopped? Every time I asked for another item and was talking she cut me off! This is unfortunate because they aren’t even busy, get better people and not women with attitude at 6:44pm on a Wednesday. Really confused because the customer service has always been good before this.
