I would love to give them 5 stars. The donuts are amazing. The staff is friendly. But they are out of the special holiday donuts every single time I go for months. I tried 3 times to get Christmas donuts. Out every time. Different days of the week. Different times of day. Never got to try them. Valentine’s Day. Same. Mars donuts. Nope. Now today, no spring donuts. Out again. Every time, “sorry, we are out of those.” I used to pick up a special dozen for the kids every month, but whatever they are advertising, they are out. I don’t even bring the kids when I try anymore after the Christmas ordeal. They just get disappointed. I’d rather bring home a dozen original glazed and surprise them than get their hopes up and bring home a consolation prize.

Had the Spring Minis delivered via door dash. They were so cute and delicious! Looked exactly like the online advertisement.

My favorite Krispy Kreme's to go to and have frequently returned to. Everytime I've gone the employees are extremely nice and always happy to help. The donuts are always fresh and have never disappointed so it's pretty much the only Krispy Kreme I go to now!

It was nice trying it out after a long time. Tasted the same like before. Tied their bite size mini donuts, those were good.

Do NOT use the app! I just placed an order on the app and as soon as KK deducted the full amount from my bank account, they sent me a text and email cancelling my order. But they still have my money! I had to spend almost 20 mins on the phone trying to get help and they will refund my money in 7-10 business days. Apparently, the app doesn’t check if enough doughnuts are even available for pick up or delivery prior to charging your account. So the “fair” process they have in place is to charge your account for the funds and then check to see if they are able to fulfill it.
