MUCH BETTER THAN RC Willey! Mike and Sterling's Flooring America's staff are professional and helpful. We appreciate their friendliness, transparency, recommendations and quick service throughout the whole process. From the estimate to the installation, and even when something did not go quite the way we expected, the staff provided a quick resolution, great service and a great product. They know how to treat their customers. Definitely recommend!
Recently got new carpet in our office space with over 28,000 sf. Mike and his team did an awesome job and walked through the entire process with us and helped us overcome some challenges along the way.
I have been doing business with Mike and Sterlings since 2019. Prices are pretty reasonable, installation is amazing. I wish I had an amazing salesperson like Lincoln or others, Noel makes the sales process cumbersome. He constantly re did our original bids and the last one was a joke, he stated he could honor the last bid which the area was 5 by 6 which was originally around 800 then I got a quote for almost 1200. Bad business, never say you could honor the original bid then spike it like that.
We had an awesome experience purchasing flooring for our basement. Nick Noel was extremely helpful and precessional. He called us several times to make sure we were in the loop and happy with our purchase and with the installation. I highly recommend Nick Noel and Mike & Sterlings!
These guys were so easy to work with!! The service was beyond any other company we worked with and the installers were great could not have had a better experience!!! Thanks guys
