My new Frigidaire stove is fabulous! I am so grateful to Trip at Britt's Monroe for ALL his help and patience with me! The one I wanted wasn't going to be available for a while and Trip suggested another one. It was an upgrade, but the price difference was so reasonable I had to go with it and I am SO glad! And their installation guys - Micah & Nick - were OUTSTANDING!!! I have new wood floors and they were so careful as they took the old out and brought the new in. They were friendly, knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in no time! GREAT experience all around with Britt's Monroe. Really appreciate them :)

Wife and I brought a new fridge here.nVery friendly, knowledgeable, salesman. They couldn't get the one my wife wanted quickly enough so they allowed us to buy the floor model.nThis really helped us out, we where without a working fridge at the time.nOverall we had a good experience.nWe'll be back next time we need a appliance.

I was not looking forward to the choices or process of upgrading my appliances. Their salesman, ROGER ROCKS! He asked a couple of questions and picked out the appliances that best fit my kitchen and needs. He emailed me a proposal the next day and the appliances were delivered and installed within 2 days! I have a brand new kitchen. They made this process so pleasant and simple. I only wish I had done this earlier!nTHANKS BRITT's and ROGER!
