These are by far the most incompetent retailers that I’ve ever encountered. I bought a set that was greater than $3000. I bought insurance. The furniture was defective. They promised for almost a year to fix the problem. It has been over a year and I still have the defective furniture. Any delays in the process of trying to fix my problem are never Communicated to me unless I personally call or show up. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere.
Lori was so helpful and patient with my husband and I as we made up our minds about what living room suit we wanted. Always there to answer any questions we had! John made the buying process so easy for us! Highly recommended great and friendly staff!
